The Vintage V964SSB combines a classic sunburst finish with a Wilkinson WSM4 Double Coil high-output pickup and a versatile active 3-band EQ, completing an affordable bass made for heavy lifting. A Stingray-style rock-bass, this four-string naturally features an egg-shape pickguard, a boomerang-shaped control plate, an extra-large bridge and a compact 3+1 headstock.

The Vintage V96 Active: Active Tone Controls

The lightweight poplar body shapes a full-and-tight foundation sound that's enhanced with the sonic depth and warmth of the mounted Wilkinson bridge humbucker as soon as the bass is plugged into an amp. The comfortably-contoured maple neck and 21-fret fretboard add a nice bit of bite to the sound, while the open-gear tuners and rock-solid Wilkinson bridge bring the tuning stability needed to go all out. The on-board active 3-band EQ sets you up with a 12dB boost/cut control for the bass, middle and treble frequencies.
